5 March 10AM-12.30
Waltham Library Resident Workshop
Come chat to us about your experiences with local services and online options
Are you aged 60 or over and living in Waltham? Join us for a friendly drop in chat over a cup of tea at Waltham Library on 5 March, 10:00–12:30.
North-East Lincolnshire Council is taking part in national research about people’s experiences and views of digital devices – such as smartphones, tablets, computers – and the internet. And Waltham was the neighbourhood we selected for our area!
We want to hear from residents with all levels of experience using digital devices and online services — whether you use them often, only sometimes, or not at all. All views are welcome.
This relaxed “chat & share” session will explore things like:
• How you prefer to access information and services (GP appointments, shopping, bills, staying in touch)
• What works well for you online — and what doesn’t
• What would help online options work better for you and others
Your feedback will help North East Lincolnshire Council understand the challenges and opportunities around digital services and develop ideas to support local people. This forms part of national research taking place across the UK.
Just drop in — we’d love to hear from you.
